Thank you for placing your confidence in My Kosher Market by placing your Passover order with our company. It must be understood that the orders we receive for Passover are literally 15 times greater than during the year.
We will do everything in our power to ensure that your order gets filled to completion and that you are completely satisfied.. Unfortunately, that is not always possible. Please keep in mind that we have to reserve your groceries ahead of time and some items were never received. In some cases we can substitute items and in other cases we can substitute brands. Unfortunately, in other cases we never received the product and we have no way to let you know until we speak with you.
After placing your order on line, you must call 305-949-6068 and ask for Yitzie. I will ask you if you are picking up your order and taking it with you or if we are delivering it. If you do NOT want substitutions you must let me know. If you want to be notified of any items we do not have or never received I will gladly inform you and give you advance notice. Delicate and expensive items such as shmurah matzo will be kept at air conditioned temperature in a secure room.
In conclusion, preparing your Passover order is a long and tedious task. We will make every effort possible to make sure you have what you order and are completely satisfied. Please be understanding if items are missing from your order and we are not able to make substitutions or obtain these items due to reasons beyong our control. We have over a 90% success rate.
There will be a $40 charge to reserve your merchandise (dry and perishable) for Passover and a $40 charge if you would like it delivered. We do not profit from this charge. We need to hire extra help and rent extra space to accommodate your needs as well as rent extra trucks for delivery. Pickups will be done at your convenience and your credit card will be charged at that time only. Remember to put your delivery date or pick up date in the "Special Instructions and Comment" window after you check out. Thank you and have a safe trip.
